A new customer centre of Rīgas satiksme is opened in the shopping centre Origo
For the convenience of customers, today, 7 May, a new Rīgas satiksme customer centre opened its doors in the shopping centre Origo, Stacijas laukums 2 (2nd floor of the Suburban hall, entrance by the clock).
The location of the new customer centre was chosen due to the high number of people passing by. Riga Central Railway Station is also nearby, where a large number of passengers use public transport routes operated by Rīgas satiksme every day.
The opening hours of the new centre will be on weekdays from 10:00 to 20:00, on weekends and public holidays from 10:00 to 18:00.
At the Rīgas satiksme customer centres it is possible to apply for and receive a personalised e-ticket, to apply for and extend the status of a discount recipient, to submit an application for a refund, as well as to find out other up-to-date information about e-tickets and the services provided by Rīgas satiksme.
Rīgas satiksme customer centres are located at Prāgas iela 1, Kurzemes prospekts 137, Brīvības gatve 384B, Brīvības iela 49/53, as well as Riga Support Centre for the Residents of Ukraine at Pāles iela 9. With the opening of the new customer centre, customers will no longer be serviced at Spīķeru iela 1.
